How Long Do I Wear My Bleaching Trays?
The duration for which you should wear your trays during each bleaching session depends on the strength of the gel used. Our office staff will provide specific instructions, ensuring you achieve optimal results without compromising the health of your teeth.
Unless directed otherwise, wear Opalescence whitening gel:
- Opalescence 10% whitening gel: Wear for 8-10 hours
- Opalescence 15% whitening gel: Wear for 4-6 hours
- Opalescence 20% whitening gel: Wear for 2-4 hours
- Opalescence 35% whitening gel: Wear for 30-60 minutes
- Opalescence 45% whitening gel: Wear for 15-30 minutes
You can use the gel once per day until you achieve the desired shade of whiteness.
How to Use Your Teeth Whitening Kit
